A new office building with warehouse and production area is built in neighbouring Friedberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rapidly growing dialysis cell business requires larger production facilities. These were to be created with the construction of a new production hall, which was to be ready for occupancy in 2010.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\">2014<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"eroffnung-der-betriebsstatte-fur-kunststoff-und-umwelttechnik\">Opening of the plant for plastics and environmental technology<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A new business area was added in 2014 with the entry into <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekk-anlagentechnik.de\/kunststofftechnik-umwelttechnik\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plastics and environmental technology<\/a><\/strong>. At the new plant in Thannhausen, tanks, pipelines, equipment and systems are manufactured from thermoplastics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to gaining a new customer base, valuable synergy effects with Ziemetshausen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the good business development of the Plastics and Environmental Technology division, which was founded in 2014, the production facilities in the rented premises in Thannhausen were no longer sufficient after a short time, which made a move to larger production and office buildings essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ground-breaking ceremony for a 1,850 m\u00b2 hall with 1,500 m\u00b2 of production space and 350 m\u00b2 of office space took place on the 7,200 m\u00b2 site in the Ziemetshausen industrial estate on 20 November 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
