Since its launch in January 2014, plastics and environmental technology has developed into a solid second pillar. On the one hand, a new customer base was acquired and, on the other, the project work with our existing customers was supplemented constructively and efficiently. Valuable synergy effects with our existing product range, particularly in CDC technology, have enabled us to expand our range of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With our solid and reliable workforce in plastics and process engineering, we offer our customers a complete package from consulting and planning to production, installation and commissioning on site. If necessary, the tanks and equipment are finished and assembled at your premises. On request, we can also provide you with the electrical control and wiring for your system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We rely on qualified skilled workers and T\u00dcV-certified welders to manufacture our systems. Installation is carried out by experienced fitters who take into account all legal requirements, regulations and local conditions. As a customer, you benefit from our in-depth understanding of your requirements, our extensive expertise, our many years of experience and our focus on state-of-the-art technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We calculate, design and manufacture tanks, piping systems, equipment and systems according to your individual requirements for a wide range of applications. For operation with water-polluting media such as acids and alkalis, we use suitable thermoplastics such as PE, PP, PVC and PVDF in accordance with the respective requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will receive comprehensive technical documentation including EPLAN circuit diagrams for our systems. The documentation also includes – where required – an EU Declaration of Conformity and risk assessment as proof that our products fulfil the essential requirements for CE labelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, we are also there for you after the successful installation and commissioning of your systems and offer you services such as maintenance, repair work and servicing. Storage vessels and tank storage<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We calculate, design and manufacture rectangular and round tanks for a wide range of applications, suitable for indoor and outdoor installation, in accordance with our customers’ wishes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Filling cabinets and dosing stations<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We supply filling cabinets and dosing stations for filling and removing the medium, which can be free-standing or wall-mounted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Gas scrubbers | absorbers<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For efficient mass transfer, we offer gas scrubbers, also known as exhaust air scrubbers, and absorbers. With our process engineering solutions, gas streams are brought into contact with liquid streams in order to effectively absorb components of the gas into the liquid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Collection tray | Pump sump<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Measurement and control technology<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Siphon aid<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

EKK siphon aids consist of a siphon vessel and a manual vacuum pump. Lifting vessels have the task of simplifying the commissioning of dosing pumps. In particular, when the medium is removed from a tank via a siphon line, for example, the upstream air volume is removed if the installation is carried out correctly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Plastic welding wire<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
