EKK – Training
Learning by doing – that is training at EKK. Training young people is important to us. We have been successfully guiding young people into working life for many years.
The advantages of training in a smaller company are obvious: Practical relevance and familiarisation with processes from A to Z – that's training at EKK!
We contribute to securing our future of skilled labour and maintaining our locations through training and further education. It is therefore important to us to take on our apprentices after they have completed their apprenticeship.
From apprentice to authorised signatory
We value responsible HR policies and honour loyal and committed employees. Two of our long-standing employees have already completed the career path from apprentice to authorised signatory:
Hannelore Kern, who began her apprenticeship as an "office clerk" in 1979 and was granted authorised signatory in 2010.
Benjamin Siegner began his apprenticeship in 2003 and has been a member of the management and authorised signatory with power of attorney since 2017.
